H&S - Documents to Read

Please read the below documents carefully in regards to Health & Safety. You must take this information into consideration when designing, building and operating your stand at the show.

H&S - Document to Complete and Return

We have set out below what is legally required. You must
complete and submit: 

  1. If you are a shell scheme exhibitor, you must complete the health and safety section in the Operations Form below and provide details of insurance if you haven't taken out recommended insurance.
  2. If you are a space only stand you must submit a detailed Risk Assessment, method statement and stand plan as well as details of your insurances.Please see below the links to the Risk Assessment and Method Statement forms.
  3. Mandatory Operations Form
    Mandatory for all exhibitors. This form is to confirm you understand the health & safety regulations and for you to give us further information if you are a space only.Deadline: 13 September

Booking your passes

Allocated Passes:
You will receive in an email your specific login link to our Exhibitor Portal where you can easily assign your allocated passes.

Additional Passes: 
As part of your package you have a 20% discount on additional passes for your team or your vendor partners that you can take advantage of. These can be purchased in the same Exhibitor Portal as the allocated passes.
