Accessibility at Transport Ticketing Global

At Transport Ticketing Global accessibility is important — helping to provide an enjoyable event for everyone. We aim to make all events as accessible and as inclusive as possible. If you cannot find the information you need on this page or on our website, please let us know.

ENTRANCE

Olympia Grand is on Olympia Way, and just a short distance from the station and car park. Olympia National entrance is on the junction of Olympia Way and Hammersmith Road.

Olympia Grand has a ramp with a gentle incline at the entrance.

WHEELCHAIRS

Wheelchairs are available on loan for use at Olympia, on receipt of a refundable security deposit. We recommend that wheelchairs are booked in advance by submitting an enquiry directly to Olympia London here. Your wheelchair can then be made ready for you on arrival at the venue.

ACCESSIBLE PARKING

We strongly recommend pre-booking your parking as spaces are limited.

Olympia London’s motorail car park has a limited number of wide parking bays for Blue Badge holders, these are offered on a first come first serve basis. Pre-booking a parking space does not guarantee you a disabled bay but will ensure you have a space in the motorail car park.

When you arrive, please inform car parking staff that you have pre-booked a parking space and that you require a disabled bay, and someone will assist you. All disabled parking is charged at the standard tariff rates.

HEARING ASSISTANCE

Inductions loops will be available in all theatres.

ASSISTANCE ANIMALS

The wellbeing and comfort of our visitors is incredibly important to us. Should you wish to bring a support animal to Transport Ticketing Global 2025 please contact transport-ticketing@clarionevents.com

Please be aware that welfare facilities for support animals are not available onsite and all owners will be fully responsible for the actions of their animal, which will need to be kept under control and on a lead or harness or in a pet carrier.

TOILETS

There are two sets of accessible toilets available within the footprint of the show and these will be clearly marked on the show floorplan.

All separate, accessible toilet facilities are unisex. There are also modified cubicles within the gents and ladies toilets.

CLOAKROOM

The venue cloakroom is located on a basement level accessible by stairs. A staff member will be available at all times to assist individuals who may need support accessing the area.

QUIET ROOM

There is a dedicated room within the Grand Hall for use as a quiet space or prayer room. This is available for use by all Transport Ticketing Global visitors. Its location will be clearly indicated on the event floorplan.

PRAYER ROOM

An onsite prayer room is available for all to use. Its location will be clearly indicated on the event floorplan.

FAMILY ROOM

For anyone needing space to nurse or express there is a dedicated feeding chair in the baby change room located within the Grand Hall. Its location will be clearly indicated on the event floorplan.
