  • The sponsorship prize worth over £8000 will consist of the below: 
    • 2 x Branded floor tiles in the exhibition hall 
  • Help guide visitors your stand with branded floor tiles in high-traffic areas of the exhibition hall
  • 1 x Delegate Bag insert Add a branded item or printed marketing collateral to the delegate bags to help build brand awareness and tell your story. 
    • Branded item/collateral to be provided by the sponsor 
  • 1 x Full-page A5 Advert in the showguide (or digital alternative) 
  • 2 x Welcome Boards in exhibition entrance featuring sponsors logo and "Welcome to TTG"  
    • 1030mm x 2000mm printed boards 
    • Includes print, production and build
  • The referral scheme is open to exhibitors of Transport Ticketing Global 2024 aged 18 years or over that have had their booking approved by the Organiser. 
  • By using the sharing tool, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. 
  • To participate, you will need to have provided a business email address. Exhibitors that provide a personal (gmail, hotmail or similar) email address cannot participate.  
  • The Organiser reserves the right to reject registrations for any reason. 
  • To qualify to receive the sponsorship prize, each invitee that attends through your invite link must: 
  • register using the link provided in the post/message/invitation generated by the Gleanin sharing tool provided by the Organiser; 
  • qualify for the pass they have registered for and have their booking approved by the Organiser; 
  • attend at least one day of Transport Ticketing Global 2024 and must have collected their badge from the registration desk; and  
  • have not attended the 2023 or 2022 edition of Transport Ticketing Global (the (“Referral Scheme”).  
  • If an invitee registers independently of the participant's post/message/invitation they will not be attributed, and shall not qualify under the Referral Scheme.  
  • It is the responsibility of the entrant to provide a correct, up-to-date email address when registering. The Organiser cannot be held responsible for participants failing to supply accurate information. 
  • The Organiser’s decision is final and binding. No correspondence will be entered into.  
  • The Organiser reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal value should circumstances outside its control make this necessary. 
  • The Organiser reserves the right to verify respondents and ask for proof of identity, company and address and to withdraw gift voucher entitlement where there are reasonable grounds to believe there has been a breach of these terms and conditions. 
  • The Organiser reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to eliminate or disqualify any participants that it regards as being in breach of these terms and conditions or the spirit of the Referral Scheme. Those who try to circumvent the requirements and/or instructions by any method will be disqualified. 
  • If for any reason, the Referral Scheme is not capable of running as planned for reasons (including but not limited to tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures or any other causes beyond the control of the Organiser which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this Referral Scheme), the Organiser reserves the right (subject to any written directions given under applicable law) to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process and to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Referral Scheme. 
  • If an act, omission, event or circumstance occurs which are beyond the reasonable control of the Organiser and which prevents the Organiser from complying with these terms and conditions the Organiser will not be liable for any failure to perform or delay in performing its obligation. 
  • The Organiser accepts no responsibility for system errors or other issues that may result in disruption to the sharing tool, registration process, tracking, participant notifications and delivery of gift vouchers. The Organiser will not be responsible for the non-inclusion of registrants as a result of technical failures or otherwise, including any such failure which is within the control of the Organiser. 
  • If any of these clauses should be determined to be illegal, invalid or otherwise unenforceable then it shall be severed and deleted from these Terms and Conditions and the remaining clauses shall survive and remain in full force and effect. 
  • The Organiser reserve the right to cancel, amend, withdraw, terminate or temporarily suspend this Referral Scheme in the event of any unforeseen circumstances or technical reason outside its reasonable control, with no liability to any entrants or third parties but will use all reasonable endeavours to avoid consumer disappointment. 
  • The decisions of the Organiser are final and binding in all matters relating to the Referral Scheme and no correspondence will be entered into. 

 

The Referral Scheme and these terms and conditions, and any disputes arising therefrom, shall be subject to English law and the exclusive jurisdiction of the English and Welsh Courts.
