Payment
Payment of the full delegate/delegation fee (for those that do not qualify for a free pass) is due 14 days after the invoice date, or immediately, if the registration is made within one month of the event. Our full bank account details are on the invoice.
Entrance to the event is subject to full payment being received.
Cancellations
Cancellation: a) If you cancel your place in writing at least 30 days from the event, you will be refunded less a 75% administrative charge. b) If you cancel your place in writing within 30 days of the start of the event, you receive no refund. Please note that all conference fees remain payable and invoices will not be cancelled, unless these cancellation terms are met.
Early Bird Discount: To qualify for the Early Bird Discounts registered attendees must book and have paid for their pass by the expiry date. Please note discounts cannot be combined. Highest Discount Applies.
Substitutions
Event places are for the named delegate only and are for representatives of the registered company only unless otherwise agreed with the Transport Ticketing Global team.
Substitutions can be made at any time up to the event, until two days before the event. Places are not transferable on the day of the event, or, on the day before the event. Please confirm the details of the replacement in writing to support@transport-ticketing.com.
Force Majeure
Please note that in case of force majeure Clarion Events Limited is relieved of all obligations. Force majeure includes any circumstances beyond the will of Clarion Events Limited that impedes permanent or temporary compliance with their obligations, such as ‘acts of god’, war, danger of war, government regulations, revolts, strikes, transportation difficulties, fire or severe disturbances affecting the event organisation or its suppliers.
Amendments to the programme
Amendments to the programme / cancellation of the event: In the event of amendments being made to the conference agenda, they will be published on our website ASAP. However, we reserve the right to amend the programme content, timings or speakers without notice.
Photography & Film
Clarion Events, the event organisers, employ an official photographer and film crew to take photos and film the event - the photos and footage will feature in promotional materials for this event and in the future. By registering for the event you consent to images and footage of you being used in promotional material for this event and in the future.
Badge Scanning
When you allow your badge to be scanned by an exhibitor or sponsor – either on their stand; when attending their hosted seminars or when entering their seminar theatres – at Transport Ticketing Global you are consenting to your personal data (Name/Address/Telephone/Email) being provided to that exhibitor/sponsor.
They may use this data for things such as marketing their goods or services, analytics and statistics. Some of these exhibitors and sponsors may also be located outside of the EEA, therefore in consenting to giving them your personal data, you are consenting to the transfer of your data outside the EEA in some cases. If you would like more information about this, you can request a copy of the exhibitor/sponsor’s privacy policy directly from them prior to having your badge scanned.
The exhibitor's use of personal data is subject to the provisions of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) 2018.

By speaking at this event/by accepting our invitation to attend this event we will use the personal information that you provide us with to add your details to our database so that we can manage your participation, and we will use your information on the basis of legitimate interests to keep in contact with you about future editions of this and other similar events, products and services which may be of interest to you.
