In this session, Jorgen will touch on some of the lessons learnt through the delivery of MaaS systems and Journey planning systems in a number of locations including London, San Francisco and latterly Nottingham and Derby City’s, currently one of the few successful MaaS implementations in the UK. It will delve into the most common misconceptions, touch on data, ticketing, payments, integration approaches, and suggest a path to not only a successful deployment, but a solution that will have the opportunity and resources to mature in line with user expectations.  It will also touch on why delivering MaaS in a UK deregulated environment is significantly more arduous than in other locations.
