DLR is open and mainly unstaffed network, with almost 0 barriers. The tactics and assessments that work for most stations don’t often apply to us, so how did we change prescribed methods of the past to a more data driven dynamic method for revenue protection of the future. Introducing a concept of a bespoke risk assessment for fare evasion that takes data from variety of sources and builds risk category of each station which then informs us where to deploy next.
