All security practitioners will know the importance of joint working, as secure places and reduction in crime cannot be achieved by security team working in isolation, or indeed by just one person. Here at KAD our Security and Procurement departments have teamed up to fight fare evasion on the DLR network. We will talk about how challenges in ticket vending machines lead to increase in fare evasion and will also highlight how the two departments can work on selection of right partner to deliver revenue protection services.
