In the last couple of years, more and more countries have introduced climate tickets in Europe. These affordable public transport passes have been exceptionally popular helping households with the rising cost of living and cutting greenhouse gases emissions. As part of its campaign to make public transport accessible and affordable for all, Greenpeace UK Commissioned Greengauge 21 to explore a proposal for a UK version of the Climate Ticket. Paul Morozzo will present the key findings of the Greenpeace report and share the reasons Greenpeace thinks a climate ticket is important and how it might work.
