At Brighton & Hove Buses we are well known for our commitment to ensuring accessible travel for all, and are accredited by the Department for Transport (DFT) as an ‘Inclusive Transport Leader’. This session will focus on how we've been able to make simple changes to our policies, initiatives and vehicle design to create a more accessible journey for all through listening and learning to the lived experiences of our passengers. A more viable option for business and improved travelling experience for customers.
