This session will explore some of the factors that TfL have found impact transit authorities’ ability to recover funds from open loop payments. This presentation looks at work TfL has carried out over the last year, which includes a deep-dive into the scenarios that prevent funds being recovered and how the ever-changing payment ecosystem is creating vulnerabilities in the Transit Transaction Model.
