Delivering MaaS for the Masses – engaging customers and creating advocates
Successful MaaS delivery is a complexity of two parts. Firstly, service integration and secondly, growth in users. Solent Transport, under the DfT funded Solent Future Transport Zone launched Breeze in October 2022 and has developed its understanding about the reality of growing the market for a MaaS product in the months since it went live. This session will explore the challenges of aligning an adaptable marketing strategy with iterative product development, and the opportunities and learnings from engaging customers and creating advocates during the large-scale trial of a MaaS product delivered by local government and private sector partners.
