Tina Morch-Pierre is the Assistance Vice President of Payment Systems and Statistical Reporting at Dallas Area Rapid Transit (DART). Her experience and depth of knowledge spans over 25 years in transportation, healthcare, IT, financial and program management. More recently, Tina has been involved in various agency initiatives to include oversight of DART’s account-based fare collection system deployment, the launch of the first regional transit mobile ticketing app (GoPass®), and the implementation of a multimodal app as a part of the Mobility as a Service (MaaS) migration. She is focused on optimizing customer experience through shared mobility opportunities including advancing public/private partnerships. Tina is an elected member of the Secure Technology Alliance Transportation Council. She holds an MBA from Texas Woman’s University.
