Jérôme Vinot is an experienced professional in international project management, specializing in ticketing systems and transportation solutions. His career has taken him across multicultural environments and allowed him to collaborate with worldwide leading companies.

He has held key roles for strategic clients in both defense and civil transportation sectors, managing export project portfolios and overseeing cross-functional activities such as sales monitoring, cash flow management, and reporting. He has successfully led international teams on metro, bus, for AFC projects.

Currently, Jérôme serves as Ticketing Project Manager for the Grand Paris Express, driving the modernization and integration of ticketing solutions for one of Europe’s most ambitious transportation projects.

His mission: turning complex challenges into innovative solutions by combining strategic vision with operational excellence.
