Prior to joining Cubic, Cullingworth held executive roles at Vix Technology, where he was instrumental in advancing both fare collection and intelligence transport systems across the UK, Europe, and North America. His career spans over 30 years in technology and operations, including senior leadership roles at Accenture, CSC, DXC Technology, and ExxonMobil. He has also successfully scaled small businesses, taking through IPO, and founded start-ups to onward sale.

Cullingworth’s expertise spans transit, healthcare, payments, and energy sectors. He has managed significant global portfolios, with billion-dollar revenue profiles, thousands of customers, and multi-faceted enterprise teams across continents.
