Miki Szikszai has served as CEO of Snapper Services ( http://services.snapper.co.nz) since February 2009. He also serves as a Board member at B2B SaaS companies Spotlight Reporting (Independent Director) and vWork (Chairman). Under Miki's leadership, Snapper has led the contactless payments market in New Zealand including launching its first commercial NFC mobile payments service. Since mid-2014, Snapper has been offering its mobile services to other transport ticketing schemes around the world. Snapper, in partnership with Vix Technology, has successfully deployed its mobile reload application to the National Transport Authority in Ireland and has been subsequently selected to provide innovative services to other transport operators and authorities internationally. With a focus on the use of evidence and customer-oriented thinking to truly transform the public transport experience, Miki will share Snapper’s most recent insights at this year’s event.
