Mike has been General Manager of Yorcard for the last 10 years, where he has led the development, deployment and operation of ITSO solutions for ticket sale, customer management and ticket usage reporting and analytics. Yorcard is a joint venture of South Yorkshire PTE and West Yorkshire Combined Authority, and has a variety of public authority and commercial customers.

Previously, Mike was involved in the sales and commercial management of smart ticketing solutions in the UK, Australia and North America.
