Michal works as a product manager in Prague municipal company Operator ICT. Operator ICT is a municipal enterprise that the primarily secures agenda of ticketing systems, manages Smart City projects, consultancy in ICT and implementation of ICT projects for municipal districts and other municipal enterprises. 

Michal joined the company in 2015 and was responsible for the takeover of the then external card-centric system and development of new fully controlled municipal card system for public transport. Later Michal participated in the transformation from card-centric to account-based Prague metropolitan public transit ticketing system. His current role is to constantly improve the system and to utilize ABT architecture to the maximum extent to connect public transport with other options of transport and make MaaS for more than 3 million people using the current system.
