Lucila has a MSc in Transport Planning and the Environment of the University of Leeds. She served as a general advisor at the Minister of Transportation of Argentina between 2015 and 2019, where she coordinated the plans for logistics, road safety and climate change. Since December 2019 she is Undersecretary for Mobility Planning at Buenos Aires city government.
