Kevin Fallon is part of TfL’s Procurement & Supply Chain department, where he is the Lead Commercial Manager for the categories of Applications, Hosting and Payments. As part of this role, Kevin has for the past four years led the commercial team that contract manages TfL’s Revenue Collection Contract for the support and management of the system that collects TfL’s fares and ticketing revenues. The re-tender of this contract is now being planned and Kevin is currently spending much of his time leading the procurement team on this activity, named Project Proteus. The project has recently conducted an extensive market engagement exercise to help shape the business and procurement strategies in readiness for the launch of the procurement next year. Kevin has previously worked in senior commercial and procurement roles across a number of organisations, including British Airways, Heathrow Airport, and the Post Office.
