Telecommunication engineer focused on digital transformation, emerging technologies and public services. He has worked for the space and satellite industry and lead many digital projects and initiatives. Juan was the Chief of Staff for the Spanish Secretary of State for Telecommunications and Digital Society where he played a leading role in the R&D for the telco and digital sector, cybersecurity and digital regulations initiatives. He is currently the Chief Technology and Innovation Officer at EMT Madrid, the leading mobility surface operator.
