A graduate of HEC with over 25 years of experience, Jérôme Laffon, 53, joined SNCF in 1997. After launching and managing the "Grand Voyageur" loyalty program and serving as Operational Director at Paris Nord, he joined Eurostar. During his tenure there, notably as Managing Director for France, he spearheaded the project to transform Eurostar into a fullfledged railway undertaking.

In 2012, he was appointed France Director of SNCF Connect, where he oversaw the development of digital sales across web and mobile platforms. He then transitioned to the role of Commercial and Services Director for TGV Atlantique in 2016, where he prepared the launch of the High-Speed Lines (LGV) connecting Paris to Bordeaux and Rennes.

In 2018, he became the Marketing and Commercial Director for TGV-Intercités at SNCF Voyageurs, managing revenue, customer experience, data and distribution for high-speed rail in France.

Since 2022, Jérôme Laffon has served as CEO of OUIGO France, Board Member of OUIGO Spain, and Chairman of Squirel, OUIGO’s IT subsidiary. He has committed OUIGO to an ambitious development program aiming to capture 30% of the French high-speed rail market by 2030. This growth strategy includes renewing the OUIGO fleet and increasing both the number of trainsets and customers by at least 30%.
