Hayden is a technology advisor, strategist, innovator and investor. He leads Ideal Interface, a technology & marketing consultancy based near Glasgow and has worked on many major digital, architecture & data projects across the transport sector.
In 2019 Hayden founded The Open Transport Initiative, an organisation set-up to create and support the adoption of "The Open Banking for Transport" scheme based on interoperable customer account data sharing - now named Smart Data by the UK Government. More recently The Open Transport Initiative has been a finalist in the UK Government’s Smart Data Challenge prize.
