Six months into the role, Emma is working with colleagues across the organisation to progress the programme to deliver full multimodal Account-Based Ticketing by 2027, alongside close collaboration with bus franchising teams and Merseyrail. With 25 years’ experience in local government across policy, research and customer-facing services, Emma brings a strong focus on customer outcomes to transport delivery.
