Eliot Charles Heilpern' core professional experience is over 30 years in International Banking having held a number of senior positions in the UK and overseas. His core areas of expertise are; ·  Client Relationship Management ·  Global Transaction Services ·  Payments and Cash Management · Risk Management and Operational Credit · Regulatory and Compliance. During Eliot's banking career, he has given many presentations and talks to banking industry audiences, and to those from a wider commercial environment. He has chaired sessions at various industry conferences across the globe, and contributed articles on topics of the day to industry publications.   Eliot also spent two years as Chief Executive Officer of a UK based United Nations affiliated international charity, where he was appointed to identify ways to enhance operational management; resulting in a clearer internal communication of objectives, a heightened strategic approach, and a better focus from a re-motivated team.   Eliot is currently Chief Executive Officer of the Consulting Company “Parthenon Communicationsâ€' ( www.parthenoncommuniucations.com).   The Consultancy provides “Payment Advisory Servicesâ€' to Banks, FinTechs, Corporates, “Challenger Banksâ€', Payment Service Providers, and SMEs in: International Payments and Cash Management, Currency Clearing, Correspondent Banking and Network Management, Regulatory, and Relationship Management strategy and technique.   The Consultancy evaluates, assesses, and strengthens an organisation's payment systems and operations within the current and fast-moving UK regulatory landscape; and enhances the client facing relationship management process. The aim is to deploy “Best Business Practiceâ€'. The Consultancy further undertakes public speaking to banking, payment and commercial conferences, and “Thought Leadershipâ€' forums on payment industry topics, and business issues of the day.
