Dominique Spalburg is part of the OVpay program at Translink and has over a decade of experience in the Dutch public transport ecosystem. She has been involved from the early stages in the rollout of EMV transit open-loop travel with payment cards in the Netherlands, contributing to the national launch in 2021 through several roles.

Today, Dominique focuses on optimizing the EMV transit open-loop ecosystem for Dutch public transport operators, primarily from a risk management perspective. She works on strengthening the reliability and integrity of open-loop payments while supporting secure and seamless travel experiences for millions of passengers across the Netherlands.
