Curtis has over thirty years of experience in technical project management and systems engineering. He has led the design and implementation of complex systems including data integration, advanced fare collection technologies, electronic commerce, and transaction processing. He's also an expert on fare collection practices and policies. Curtis started his enterprise software career in technical support at Symantec and rose to become Director of Worldwide Training. He then founded a company in the online payments space which he grew to over 70 employees before its acquisition by eBay. Since 2006 he has been an IT consultant for public transit.
