Antony Lain is a highly regarded leader in global mobility, transport ticketing, digital transformation, and large-scale operational turnaround. Across a 20-year career spanning rail, urban mobility, justice, home affairs, digital services and public infrastructure, he has repeatedly modernised national systems, restored failing programmes, and enabled some of the UK’s highest-volume transport and payments services. Antony has held significant industry roles previously including Transys (Oyster)Transport, Rail Settlement Plan (now RDG), TechUK (formerly Intellect), and Director of ITSO Smartcards. Antony is a Partner at Osmodal Group, working across UK and international mobility to modernise ticketing, payments, retail and operating models. He supports governments, operators and suppliers to design next-generation transport platforms and shift to annuity and SaaS-based business.
