Master in demography and financial engineering, specialist in mobility issues and city public policies. In the public sector, he collaborated with the Jalisco Subsecretary of Planning and worked as a Statistical Specialist in the National Housing Commission. In the Mobility Department of Mexico City, he has been Technical Secretary, Advisor and currently General Director of Coordination of Public Agencies. In the private sector, he has worked on the evaluation of public policies, demographics, population projections and finances. He has also published several research papers on urban policies and mobility.
