I’ve spent the past dozen years working on Ticketing projects from the client side in various roles in either procurement, delivery and in some instances project recovery.  I was heavily involved in the procurement of an Account Based Ticketing System for Brisbane and Melbourne and worked subsequently on the delivery of these projects. In Sydney I worked on the operationalisation of the Opal system and the preliminary work to roll-out Open-Loop Payments in Sydney.

Prior to my life in Ticketing I have worked in the finance, telecommunications and healthcare industry. Once upon a time in the distant past I was an Electrical Engineer but have managed to find myself in the exhilarating world of electronic public ticketing systems.
