Thea Fisher is Senior Director, Head of Value-Added Services, within the Visa Global Urban Mobility team, based in London.

Thea leads Visa’s strategy for the deployment of value-added services within Urban Mobility worldwide. Her remit includes pay-in-advance solutions such as private label EMV issuance, digital identity products, app-to-ride solutions, and acquiring acceptance for Mass Transit Transactions.

Thea and her team work with partners and across the Visa organisation at a global and regional level to share Visa’s Urban Mobility Product suite, and provide seamless access to carbon-efficient transit payment solutions for the global population.

Prior to joining Visa, Thea spent five years as Head of Commercial for the payments technology company Littlepay. She has worked at a variety of B2B technology start-ups in London and New York, as well as a stint in Venture Capital at tech investor True.

Thea holds a Bachelor’s degree in English Literature from King’s College London, and a Master’s in Economic History from the London School of Economics.
