Ruben joined Renfe in 2022 as Head of Commercial Policy and Customer Service for dōcō, Renfe's MaaS platform. Passionate about technology and travelling, Ruben has more than 10 years of experience in the tourism sector leading digital transformation projects for companies in the public transport sector and airlines.

With a background in Computer Engineering he has worked on B2B and B2C Sales Solutions integrating Payments and Loyalty systems. During his professional career as Technology Consultant he has focused on eCommerce and Customer Service flows combining latest Technologies and friendly Designs, assuring a successful User Experience through the different service channels: Web, APPs, Call Centers and Virtual Assistants.
