Nicole has been with Cubic Transportation Systems for nearly seven years, currently serving as the Regional Vice President Service Operations – West. She began her journey at Cubic as the Service Operations Director in 2018 and was later promoted to Senior Program Director. Nicole oversees all service contracts in the Central and West Regions for Cubic Transportation Systems and is passionate about streamlining processes to ensure her team can deliver exceptional customer service.

Nicole has dedicated the majority of her career to Supply Chain and Manufacturing, but she has also contributed significantly to building transportation infrastructure and systems, particularly during her tenure with the Chicago Board of Education’s Transportation Department. Throughout her career, Nicole has achieved numerous accomplishments, often emphasizing the positive cultural shifts she has initiated. She has successfully established a culture of empowerment, accountability, and inclusiveness, and she thoroughly enjoys collaborating with her team.

Nicole is dedicated to coaching and mentoring individuals who are either starting their careers or exploring career paths. She is an active member of the DePaul University Kellstadt School of Business Supply Chain Council and mentors several students. Additionally, she participates in activities for Alabama A&M University and engages in alumnae activities that benefit local high school students during homecoming. Nicole is a strong advocate for disadvantaged individuals in Chicago and consistently supports efforts to enrich her community both with her time and financially.

Nicole was recently honored by Crain’s Chicago Business as one of the Notable Black Leaders in the City of Chicago for 2024. She holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Alabama Agricultural and Mechanical University and a master’s degree from DePaul University.
