My team within Transport for London provide analytical insight, systems and tools to support Compliance, Policing, Enforcement and Security priorities on the transport system.  We develop and deliver of evidence-based policy, to support operational activity and undertake problem-solving to address key issues.  We recommend compliance activity for the police as well as Operational Enforcement officers, and assess our impact

We support our approach with analysis and insight, as well as evaluating our approach and driving improved performance.

With regard to revenue, my team lead the data and analysis with regard to fare evasion across our network, using feeds from a number of sources and technologies to best estimate the true impact of fare evasion. We use this information to deploy our operations officers and complementary approaches to best target different types of offending on the network. The team is also responsible for the strategic position, developing the Revenue Protection Strategy and delivering an ambitious programme of actions to reduce Fare Evasion and fraud activity.
