Mohammed Al Khayat, Director Automatic Collection Systems at Roads and Transport Authority (RTA) holds a Bachelor degree in Computer Engineering from Khalifah University. He is currently responsible for the delivery and operations of the Automated Fare Collection System (nol) for all transport modes in Dubai as well as creating other commercial revenue streams utilising the infrastructure of nol.
Prior to joining RTA, Al Khayat took several professional and supervisory roles at Emirates Telecommunication Group Company (Etisalat) in UAE, Nigeria and Afghanistan
