Michael has played a senior role in the development of Swift smart ticketing for Transport West Midlands for more than twelve years. In addition, he has previously served as an ITSO Board member and holds the chair of the ITSO Operational Advisory Group. He champions the requirements of the customer in a complex multi-operator and multi-modal public transport environment. Away from work Michael is a proud father of a thirteen-year-old son who has Downs Syndrome. Helping Aaron navigate his way through life has reinforced Michael's wish to ensure that travel is as straight forward to understand and navigate as it possibly can be.
