Matthew Lee is a Partner at Winder Phillips Associates, with over 16 years’ experience across the UK Rail sector, including previous roles within Train Operating Companies, Rolling Stock Manufacturing and Consultancy.  He has held several Exec and senior positions, including roles as Business Development Director, Commercial Director, Customer Experience Director, as well as various service delivery and operational roles in the early years of his career, including Head of Stations and Revenue Protection at the Elizabeth Line.  Matthew has worked in a wide variety of operating models including more traditional franchises, National Rail Contracts, Concessions, Open Access startups, ERMAs and DOHL.  Matthew has experience from working on international rail projects, enabling him to develop a deep knowledge of industry best practice.  Matthew is a Fellow of the Chartered Institution of Railway Operators (CIRO) and is a Graduate from the CIRO Degree programme.  Matthew is an enthusiastic, award-winning, and highly motivated individual with a proven ability to deliver transformational change and innovative customer propositions.
