Mark Thoma (39) works as commercial manager at Transdev NL. Marketing and Revenue Management in Public Transport has always been his key focus in order to attract new passengers and improve the customer satisfaction. At Transdev he currenty focusses at the new account based opportunities of OV Pay and other payment solutions in the Netherlands.  This in order to have a better fit of the current customer needs, technology and flexible pricing opportunities  in the field of payment propositions in public transport.
