Lisa Woodley is Senior Programme Manager Fares Reform at London North Eastern Railway (LNER). LNER operates services on the East Coast Mainline running  from London all the way to Inverness.

Lisa is an experienced project manager with over 16 years working in the Rail industry. She successfully managed the procurement and implementation of a first of its kind Revenue Management System into UK Rail at LNER.

Most recently she has been an integral part of the Fares Reform team where LNER is at the forefront of fares simplification. Knowing that complexity, crowding, flexibility and value for money are barriers to using rail – their Simpler Fares Pilot looks to tackle these head on.
