Kerry Phillipson is the Retail Product Manager at Arriva UK Trains with a remit that ranges across Retail, Revenue and B2B products. Kerry’s core role is to work with the Arriva UK Trains TOC’s in driving the strategy and leading the development of these areas by understanding requirements, managing road maps, and driving innovation. Kerry joined Arriva in April 2022 , but she has been working in the transport industry for nearly 7 years. Kerry has a wealth of industry knowledge and worked for RDG and Stagecoach before joining Arriva. Kerry prides herself on being a creative thinker and is always looking for new opportunities which will benefit the customer and improve the overall passenger experience.
