An experienced technology practitioner with, over 17 years’ experience in the rail sector and, 13 years digital ticketing space spanning across technical, project delivery, and operational management of successful ticketing schemes including supporting various franchise project bids. Kamelia has managed several multi-million-pound projects from contract, to project, to live operation across the full lifecycle eco-system support resulting in successful digital ticketing conversion and transformation.

Kamelia’s latest role, within Rail Delivery Group, spans across strategy setting at a national level, and later implementation alongside industry leaders. With interests around successfully delivering customer centric programmes of work, embedding and tailoring technology projects within the rail industry to drive both internal stakeholder adoption along with high end customer satisfaction.

Kamelia holds a BSc (Hons) in Computing & Information Technology and has worked in the rail sector since 2007.
