Jeroen is an economist (Master’s degree) and has worked both in the private and public sector, with transport ministries, transport operators and solution providers at boardroom level. After his initial years at the Department of Economic Affairs he was asked by the Department of Transport to work on the High- Speed Rail link between Amsterdam and Paris where he was responsible for the procurement model and the tendering of the operations contract. Further, before starting up Trans Link Systems, Jeroen was managing the Dutch nationwide mobility program, including road pricing and stimulating public-private partnerships.
