Jan Ilík started his career in the transport sector back in 2010 at the Ministry of Transport. Until 2018, he was responsible for rail transport policy and international cooperation, including the high-speed project and its international integration. Since May 2018, he has been working for České dráhy in various management positions. He currently holds the position of ČD's representative for the EU in Brussels, but remains involved in the company's international business development.
