Inge is an enthusiastic people manager with strong ambitions to improve Public Transport. She works for over 20 years in Public Transport, also in the UK, Germany and Eastern Europe. Inge has a clear vision on ticketing ('easy and seamless') and service ('We are here when you need us'). Inge is responsible for Ticketing at GVB, Customer Service and GVB Serviceshops. She is as senior user responsible for implementing innovative GVB programmes with respect to Payment and Services.
