Hong-Lam Nguyen
Hong-Lam Nguyen joined TfL in 2004 and has worked in the Transport industry for 17 years. She qualified as an accountant and worked in several roles across both finance and commercial. She then became the finance lead for the Electra project which implemented the Revenue Collection Contract where she developed the financial strategy for the procurement and contract. Hong-Lam took the decision to move away from finance and joined the Business Development team where she was a key member which sold the intellectual property licence for TfL’s contactless fare collection system.
In 2017, Hong-Lam took on the role of Head of Hosting Transformation where she developed the Technology and Data Hosting function. She developed and implemented the TfL hybrid hosting strategy which generated large operational efficiencies.
Most recently, Hong-Lam was appointed the Head of Revenue Collection Contract Transformation accountable for the delivery of the new Revenue Collection Contract otherwise known as Project Proteus. She is a very hands on and committed Sponsor who brings a variety of experience to this role, her main objectives are to ensure TfL runs a fair and transparent process which achieve best value for TfL.
