Gillian Gillett leads the Division of Data & Digital Services at California’s Department of Transportation. Part of her remit is to remove barriers between modes and within them, beginning with transit. She previously served in local government as Transportation Policy Director for Mayor Edwin Lee of San Francisco following many years consulting to financial service companies in business process reengineering and custom software development.
