I am currently the Digital Fraud Manager for Transport for Wales (TfW). This is a new role for us and an exciting challenge for me. I’ve thoroughly enjoyed creating a fraud department, learning from colleagues from other train operators but also bringing some new ideas to the role which have seen positive results.

Previously, I worked as a TfW Train Guard covering the beautiful ‘Welsh Valleys’ for 4 years, around 4 years office based for the British Transport Police followed by 5 years as an officer.
