Mr. Enrico Buzzo, Degree in Transportation Engineering. He holds over 20 years’ experience in the public transport field, having held several positions and conducted several activities within Azienda Mobilità e Trasporti SpA (AMT SpA) , the public transport company of the Municipality of Genoa, where he has been working since 2002. He has huge experience as developer analyst (e.g. Hastus system concerning development and training activities; analysis and implementation of the fuel delivery control system in the bus depots; on-call services Drinbus and Taxibus; management of the company cartographic system; analysis and software development for the travel tickets verification; cooperation with the Operational Marketing Unit for activities related to customer service and information etc.). He has been responsible of the technical office dealing with the maintenance of lifts, escalators and funiculars which are part of the infrastructure system of AMT SpA, and since May 2017 he is operating manager of 6 lifts owned by AMT SpA. He is currently responsible of the unit “Technology Innovation in Local Public Transport”: in this role he deals with the management of funded projects as well as the studies about new technologies that can be implemented on the local public transport systems, such as MaaS, transport network smart monitoring systems, video analytics and artificial intelligence, intelligent transportation systems.
