David has more than 25 years’ experience in the payments industry covering multiple areas including EMV, contactless, mobile wallets and 3D-Secure, and was one of Discover’s representatives on the EMVCo Board of Managers for several years. While working at Visa Europe he was part of the team which enabled contactless acceptance with Transport for London, the first open-loop transit acceptance project in the world and helped introduce transit payments into Discover. David now provides product and strategic support to Discover’s EMEA business development team and our clients across the region.
