Daniel Voelsen is a deputy project manager at Stadtwerke Osnabrück AG, the local public transport, mobility and energy provider in Osnabrück, Germany.

Born in Germany 1981 and working in mobility, tourism and IT since 1997 – starting in customer support and accumulating knowledge in sales, ticketing and customer management software over the years. He especially keeps an eye on the perspective of customers (and staff), with a technical background in mind and the demand for a unconventional and functional solution.
