Burt Wilhelm is the Principal Payments Product Specialist at Discover Global Network. He leads all efforts surrounding contactless payments in the transportation industry with a focus on D-PAS, Discover's contactless EMV payments solution.
Active in the payments arena for over three (3) decades, he has spent 18 years focused on bringing new payment technologies to the transportation industry. He leverages his broad reaching payments experience to design, develop and deliver payment solutions that meet the needs of Discover's clients.
Prior to joining Discover, Burt represented MasterCard, Bluefin Payment Systems, Xerox Government Solutions, First Data Corporation and Citicorp/Citibank. He has supported a variety of positions including Business and Market Development, Sales, Product Management, Product Development, Technical Implementation, Technology Consultation
